Job summary

Fjällräven in Boston is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead the sales floor, guide the team, and uphold our sustainability-minded store culture. This is a part-time position focused on guest connection and operational excellence.

You will open and close the store as a trusted keyholder, coach teammates to deliver exceptional service, and embody Fjällräven's values through everyday interactions with guests and the community.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail or customer service.
• Leadership skills rooted in trust and collaboration.
• Track record of delivering thoughtful, memorable guest experiences.
• Clear communication, organization, and time-management.
• Passion for the outdoors, sustainability, and continuous learning.
• Comfort using retail systems (POS) or willingness to learn.

• Open and close the store as a trusted keyholder, supporting cash handling and daily transitions.
• Support inventory accuracy, stock organization, and visual standards.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and compliant store environment.
• Represent the brand with authenticity, curiosity, and care in the community.
