Job summary

Fjällräven, a global outdoor brand, is seeking a Retail Supervisor in Boston, MA. You’ll lead the sales floor, partner with the Store Manager, and help teammates deliver thoughtful, memorable guest experiences.

Open and close the store as a trusted keyholder, oversee inventory accuracy, and support community engagement and sustainability initiatives reflecting Fjällräven’s values. This part-time role offers a welcoming culture and opportunities to grow with a brand committed to quality,

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Leadership skills rooted in trust and collaboration.
• Track record of delivering thoughtful guest experiences.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
• Passion for the outdoors, sustainability, and continuous learning.
• Comfort using retail systems (POS, inventory tools) or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach teammates.
• Welcome, educate, and inspire guests through Fjällräven's GUIDE service standards.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Open and close the store as a keyholder and support cash handling and readiness.
• Support inventory accuracy, stock organization, and visual standards.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and compliant store environment.
• Model sustainability and engage the community through store events.
