Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership during (non-peak) hours, with the customer as the primary focus
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs
• Lead by example with brand selling behaviors to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
• Collaborate with team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide product lifecycle knowledge and can assist with opening/closing checklists
• Leverage omni-channel tools to deliver a frictionless customer experience
• Ensure compliance standards are met
