Job summary

With 1+ years in retail or store leadership, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to maximize profitability, foster an inclusive culture, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years retail or store leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift light to moderate weight.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Lead by example and coach associates to meet goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing.
• Support stockroom operations and product flow to the sales floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and loss prevention.
