Job summary

Vans is hiring a Supervisor to lead the store team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will coach associates, drive customer engagement, and oversee daily operations to maximize profitability and store standards.

You will work with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals, maintain visual merchandising, and support inventory control while upholding Vans values and community involvement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; hands-on achievements valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to the floor.
• Assist training and onboarding of new team members; provide ongoing feedback.
