Job summary

Vans is seeking a part-time Supervisor to support the store's leadership team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will coach associates, drive merchandising standards, and help maximize store profitability in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor KPIs, lead by example, and ensure smooth daily operations, stockroom efficiency, and on-brand service. This role emphasizes inclusivity, teamwork, and mentoring others within Vans’ culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Foundational skills in driving results, coaching, and team development.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence across levels.
• Comfortable with word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer engagement and exceed sales goals.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of engagement.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom, inventory integrity, and loss prevention practices.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment.
