Qualifications

• 1+ years retail or store leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to drive results and coach teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of engagement and productivity.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Support inventory integrity through shipping/receiving and loss prevention practices.
• Promote community engagement through local initiatives and events.
• Uphold policies, safety standards and store procedures.
