Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Store Supervisor in Fort Worth to partner with the Store Manager in developing top talent and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead store operations, coaching, and daily performance while maintaining brand standards and a customer-first culture.

The role requires strong communication, a proven track record in retail leadership, and flexibility to work peak shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales and customer experience in retail.
• Supervisory experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Willing to work peak days including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience and operations.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and execution.
• Perform opening/closing routines including banking, shipments, and directives.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and service.
• Maintain safety, store appearance, and adherence to policies.
