Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a capable Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates and delivering consistent, memorable customer experiences daily.

You will lead by example, coach and motivate the team, manage opening/closing routines, and ensure safe, engaging store operations while upholding our values and delivering strong results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty and address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and operational execution.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and disseminate directives.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers and make personalized recommendations.
• Train and coach associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance, and accountability.
