Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; hands-on experience and achievements valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support store leadership in achieving sales goals and maintain merchandising standards.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and tasks delegation.
• Assist in inventory control, shipping/receiving, and product flow to the sales floor.
