Job summary

America’s Thrift is seeking a Retail Supervisor to manage daily operations on the front end and sales floor. You will coach team members, oversee inventory and cash handling, and ensure customer and donor satisfaction while maintaining brand standards.

You will contribute to hiring, training, and scheduling in a fast-paced thrift store environment, with a rotating mid-shift to weekend schedule. Strong leadership and service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a supervisor or lead role in retail.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to train, coach, and evaluate staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise front-end and sales floor teams.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training.
• Observe and coach performance; provide recognition.
• Schedule staff according to labor needs.
• Manage inventory and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure merchandise is fresh, priced correctly, and well displayed.
• Support store promotions and maintain a safe, productive workplace.
