America’s Thrift is seeking a Retail Supervisor to manage front-end operations and the sales floor, delivering friendly service and maintaining store standards. The role requires supervising staff, auditing performance, coaching, and handling inventory, pricing, and merchandising with a focus on a positive donor and customer experience.

You will contribute to staffing, training, and scheduling, while ensuring compliance, loss prevention, and safety policies across the store, including evenings,

Formación

• Minimum of two years’ experience as a supervisor or lead in retail.
• Proficiency in basic math and computer literacy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screen clearance.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and supervise departmental team members.
• Assist with recruiting, selecting, training, and onboarding team members.
• Schedule team members according to the store’s labor needs.
• Perform all duties required of retail team members.
• Manage inventory tracking systems to record deliveries and stock levels.
• Supervise cash register operations to ensure a quick, accurate customer experience.
• Promote loss prevention awareness and maintain safety standards.
• In the absence of management, oversee the retail process and team in accordance with policies.
