America’s Thrift Stores is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead daily operations on the front end and sales floor. You will supervise staff, coach performance, and ensure fast, friendly service while maintaining store standards and invoicing accuracy.

The role requires flexibility for mid-shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on customer experience, inventory control, and loss prevention. Join a values-driven team committed to community impact.

Formación

• Minimum two years’ experience as a supervisor or team lead in retail.
• Proficiency in basic math and computer literacy required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; background check/drug screen required.
• Ability to work rotating schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and supervise departmental team members.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and onboarding.
• Provide coaching and recognize team performance.
• Schedule team members based on labor needs.
• Manage inventory tracking and monitor stock levels.
• Oversee cash register operations and ensure accurate transactions.
• Respond to customer and donor questions and requests.
• Maintain merchandise standards and visually appealing displays.
• Support store operations and coordinate promotions with management.
