America’s Thrift Stores is seeking a Team Member - Retail to deliver friendly, efficient service and keep a well-organized sales floor. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise, and manage transactions with accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School degree, GED or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Displays excellent sales and customer service skills in person and on the phone.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and recommend merchandise.
• Prolonged standing/walking in a busy retail space.
• Ability to count and handle money and operate a cash register.
• Flexible schedule including mid-shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with merchandise on the floor.
• Respond to inquiries and customer requests promptly.
• Help customers locate products throughout the store.
