Job summary

Skims is seeking a Supervisor at Fashion Outlets of Chicago. You will lead daily operations on the sales floor, coach team members, and help create an inclusive, high-performing environment. Responsibilities include zone management, training, and ensuring cash handling and cleanliness standards are met.

You’ll drive KPIs, ensure up-to-date product knowledge, and foster a positive shopping experience for customers while supporting store launches and visual standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing in retail, preferably fashion.
• Strong leadership and customer-service focus.
• Ability to coach team members and drive store performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset and model service on the floor.
• Serve as Sales Floor Captain to drive performance through zone management and coaching.
• Ensure daily tasks and operations meet standards, including cash handling and store cleanliness.
• Coach Team Members on selling, product knowledge, and styling to meet customer needs.
• Provide feedback and growth opportunities, and support onboarding of new hires.
