Job summary

Vans is looking for a Supervisor to support the store leadership team and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will lead by example, coach associates, and drive operational excellence across engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

In partnership with store leadership, you will maximize profitability, promote inclusivity, and contribute to the store’s success while mentoring others and delivering outstanding service every day.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, coach and develop associates, and ensure operational excellence across customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards.
• Work with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maximize store profitability and foster an inclusive team culture.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support inventory flow, organize stockroom operations, process shipments, and ensure product availability.
• Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Uphold company policies and safety standards while promoting a positive, collaborative work environment.
