PUMA SE is seeking a Retail Supervisor for our Orlando International II store. The role emphasizes delivering top customer experience while driving sales and profitability.

You will embody SPEED & SPIRIT values and contribute to a welcoming, high-energy environment. You will support the Store Manager with staffing, training, scheduling, inventory control, and merchandising, ensure compliance with all policies, and develop high-performing teams.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years in a customer service retail environment.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals.
• Strong team player with quick learning ability.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and retail software.

Aufgaben

• Provide consistently high customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
• Help achieve sales, KPIs and profitability goals through planning, expenses, sales and service.
• Assist Store Manager with recruitment, training and development of high performing employees.
• Perform payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability while delivering excellent service.
• Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to Store and/or Assistant Store Manager.
• Achieve inventory and shrink goals; manage physical inventory counts.
• Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Be prepared to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays.
