Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals, demonstrated ability to reason through complex issues, ability to present information to large groups.
• Strong team player and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to retail software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer experience within the Store in line with PUMA Brand Values and service standards.
• Help store achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability goals through planning, expense control and service.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, training and development of staff.
• Manage payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability while delivering excellent service.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store leadership.
• Support inventory and shrink goals through accurate counts and processes.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures and safety standards.
