PUMA SE is seeking a Store Associate for our Orlando location. You will provide top-tier customer service, process transactions at checkout, and maintain store cleanliness and visual standards. You will assist with stock, merchandise flow, and inventory, while adhering to policies and safety guidelines.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a base pay range of $15.00–$18.00 per hour plus benefits. Prior retail experience and MS Office familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or related experience.
• Strong team player with collaboration skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to tasks.
• Knowledge of computer basics and MS Office applications.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds regularly.

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store according to brand values and service standards.
• Through effective customer service, achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability targets.
• Process sales transactions accurately at checkout.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise; assist with stock levels and product availability.
• Comply with all policies, procedures and core operational responsibilities.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays; overtime may be required.

• Responsible for accurately processing sales transactions at checkout, securely and quickly,
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store as well as compliance with all visual merchandising guidelines according to PUMA standards,
• Responsible for the execution and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise,
• Assist with managing stock levels, inventory counts and product availability, as needed,
• Required to comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities,
• Responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment,
• Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position.
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or other relative experience, preferred,
• Strong team player,
• Ability to learn quickly,
• Knowledge of computer skills, basic know-how about MS Office programs,
• The ability to constantly walk and move about is required. Use of the following senses is critical to this position: speaking, hearing, near and far acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.

The base pay for this position is $15.00 - $18.00 + Benefits
