Shoeteria, part of Work World's family, is hiring a Retail Store Supervisor in Riverside, CA. This part-time role focuses on leading the floor, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting store operations.

You’ll supervise staff, greet customers, manage inventory, and drive sales while maintaining a professional appearance. The ideal candidate has retail experience, good communication, and a willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers.
• Assist customers with requests in-store and over the phone.
• Open and close the store.
• Direct workflow on the sales floor.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and polite manner.
• Maintain store organization and cleanliness.
• Complete transactions at the register and issue receipts.
• Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves.
• Perform duties as assigned by the Manager.

Schedule: Part-Time

Compensation: $18.00-$19.00 (DOE)

What You’ll Need:

• 1-2 years of retail customer service experience preferred
• Sales and supervising experience is preferred
• Willing to work nights and weekends
• Excellent Customer Service
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills

• Demonstrated sales skills and experience
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance
• Must be able to climb a ladder

What You’ll be Doing:

• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
