Job summary

Work World is seeking a part-time Retail Store Supervisor for our Pittsburgh, CA location. You will lead daily sales operations, support customers, and help manage store workflow to ensure a smooth, friendly shopping experience.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in retail customer service with supervisory exposure, is punctual, and can work nights and weekends; comfortable handling cash and basic math, and capable of lifting 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail customer service experience preferred.
• Sales and supervising experience is preferred.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
• Assist customers with requests in store and over the phone
• Open and close the store
• Direct workflow on the sales floor
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and polite manner
• Always maintain store organization and cleanliness
• Complete customers transactions at the cash register including taking payments, and issuing receipts
• Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager

Compensation: $19.00-$23.00 (DOE)

What You’ll be Doing:
