Work World is hiring a part-time Retail Store Supervisor in Pittsburgh, CA. You will oversee store operations, assist customers, and ensure smooth daily workflows while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

What You’ll be Doing:

• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
• Assist customers with request in store and over the phone
• Open and close the store
• Direct workflow on the sales floor
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and polite manner
• Always maintain store organization and cleanliness
• Complete customers transactions at the cash register including taking payments, and issuing receipts
• Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager

What You’ll Need:

• 1-2 years of retail customer service experience preferred
• Sales and supervising experience is preferred
• Willing to work nights and weekends
