Job summary

Shoeteria is hiring a Retail Store Supervisor for the La Puente, CA area. This part-time role includes opening/closing duties, directing store workflow, and providing excellent customer service on the sales floor and over the phone.

The position requires 1–2 years of retail experience, supervisory preference, and the ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods. Bi-lingual a plus; healthful employee benefits available in a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
• Assist customers with requests in store and over the phone
• Open and close the store
• Direct workflow on the sales floor
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
• Maintain store organization and cleanliness
• Complete customer transactions at the cash register and issue receipts
• Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves

Schedule: Part-Time

Compensation: $15.50-$16.50 (DOE)

What You’ll be Doing:
