Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is seeking an Entry Level Manager to join the Oscoda store as Retail Supervisor, overseeing staff and daily operations at 5122 N. US 23 in Oscoda.

The role offers $17.00 per hour with a 20% in-store discount and monthly bonus potential, plus benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance. Career advancement opportunities exist through Goodwill Academy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license.
• 1 year of general retail experience.
• Ability to use cash register and follow policy.
• Full-time availability with possible shift coverage.
• Demonstrated management skills.
• Lift 35 pounds; reach, bend or stoop; stand 6–8 hours.
• Excellent problem solving; pleasant and professional.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Assist in training, motivating, and communicating with store staff
