Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan seeks an Entry Level Manager for the SAGINAW Store at 4675 Bay Rd, Saginaw, MI 48604. The role offers $17.00 per hour and a 20% in-store discount, plus monthly bonus potential and career advancement via Goodwill Academy.

Essential duties include training and motivating staff, maintaining displays, and driving sales performance. Full-time, with flexible shifts and strong management skills expected.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license.
• 1 year of general retail experience.
• Ability to use cash register and follow Goodwill policy and procedures.
• Ability to work full time; all shift availability and extra shifts as necessary.
• Can you demonstrate strong management skills?
• Must be able to lift and carry 35 pounds with or without help.
• Can you reach, bend or stoop?
• Are you able to stand six to eight hours a day?
• Can you problem solve quickly and efficiently?
• Are you pleasant, cheerful and professional?
• Must have telephone access.
