Job summary

Molton Brown, part of Kao, is seeking a Retail Supervisor for our Livingston outlet. The role focuses on guiding customers through our fragrance and body care lines, ensuring a premium shopping experience and strong store performance.

You will support store management on the shop floor, motivate the team, and help achieve sales targets while delivering the brand’s luxury service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium retail or fragrance environments preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through Molton Brown’s fragrance, body care and home scenting range to help them discover the right products.
• Support store management by overseeing the sales floor in their absence and drive sales and KPI achievement.

We’re looking for a Retail Supervisor, ideally with 6 months experience working in a premium retail or fragrance experience to join us and support the Retail Store Management in leading the team on continued success at our Livingston outlet store, connecting with our customers who are discovering our products for the first time or falling in love with them all over again.

As Retail Supervisor, you won’t just sell products. You’ll guide every customer through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in for themselves and their loved ones.

You will also be the trusted key support in absence of the store management team, to oversee the commercial and operational aspirations of the sales floor and assist in driving and motivating the team to achieve store sales and KPI's.
