Job summary

Molton Brown is seeking a Retail Supervisor for our Livingston outlet, ideal for someone with 6 months experience in premium retail or fragrance. You will guide customers through our world of fragrance and body care, and support the store management to drive sales and KPI performance.

We’re looking for a Retail Supervisor, ideally with 6 months experience working in a premium retail or fragrance experience to join us and support the Retail Store Management in leading the team on continued success at our Livingston outlet store, connecting with our customers who are discovering our products for the first time or falling in love with them all over again.

As Retail Supervisor, you won’t just sell products. You’ll guide every customer through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in for themselves and their loved ones.

You will also be the trusted key support in absence of the store management team, to oversee the commercial and operational aspirations of the sales floor and assist in driving and motivating the team to achieve store sales and KPI's.
