Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is seeking a motivated Full Time Retail Supervisor for our Burton store at 4095 E Court St, Burton, MI. You will supervise and train staff, open/close the store, handle cash and returns, and ensure excellent customer service. This role offers $17.00 per hour, a 20% in-store discount, and monthly bonuses.

$17.00 an hour plus 20% discount on in-store purchases

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Supervise and train store staff.


• Open and close the store according to policy and as directed.


• Assist with procedures related to the cash registers, returns and cash handling.


• Deliver good customer service.


• Maintain a safe and secure work environment.


• Appropriately handle customer concerns/complaints.


• Stock and return merchandise per company directive.


• Ensure that all merchandise is displayed appropriately.


• Maintain the overall appearance of the store, directing staff as needed.

Think you've got what it takes?
