Job summary

The Global Ambassador in Phoenix seeks an attentive Luxury Retail Associate to welcome guests and provide personalized service across six original dining experiences and spa offerings.

You will engage guests, guide product selections, process transactions, and maintain visually appealing displays while supporting inventory and events in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury or premium retail environment preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable using POS systems, computers, and retail technology
• Reliable, punctual and consistent with attendance and scheduling commitments
• Flexible availability to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Create an elevated shopping experience by warmly welcoming guests and members and providing personalized, attentive service
• Engage customers with a dynamic, energetic service presence while building genuine connections
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand guest needs and confidently guide product selections
• Deliver solutions quickly and professionally, resolving concerns with sound judgment and minimal supervision
• Accurately process retail transactions, including purchases, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain visually appealing merchandise displays by stocking, organizing, and straightening shelves and fixtures
• Support inventory control, restocking, and overall organization of the retail space
• Assist with spa retail events, promotions, and pop-up activations
