Job summary

The Global Ambassador Hotel is seeking a guest-focused Retail Concierge to deliver an elevated shopping experience within our luxury hotel environment in Phoenix. You will warmly welcome guests, guide product selections, and process transactions with precision while maintaining elegant displays and inventory control.

Ideal candidates have luxury retail experience, exceptional communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or premium retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking in fast-paced settings.
• Comfortable using POS systems and retail tech.
• Reliable, punctual with attendance.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an elevated shopping experience by warmly welcoming guests and members and providing personalized, attentive service
• Engage customers with a dynamic, energetic service presence while building genuine connections
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand guest needs and confidently guide product selections
• Deliver solutions quickly and professionally, resolving concerns with sound judgement and minimal supervision
• Accurately process retail transactions, including purchases, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain visually appealing merchandise displays by stocking, organising and straightening shelves and fixtures
• Support inventory control, restocking, and overall organisation of the retail space
• Assist with spa retail events, promotions and pop-up activations

• Comfortable using point-of-sale systems, computers and retail technology
• Reliable, punctual and consistent with attendance and scheduling commitments
• Flexible availability to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Passion for wellness, fashion, beauty and spa-related products
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and cash-handling accuracy
