Job summary

The Global Ambassador in Phoenix, AZ, invites you to join our luxury retail team, delivering personalized service and curated experiences.

You will welcome guests, guide product selections, process transactions, and maintain visually compelling displays across six dining experiences and wellness offerings. We seek strong communicators with POS experience and a passion for wellness, fashion, and spa products.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or premium retail preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking in fast-paced settings.
• Comfortable using POS systems and retail tech.
• Reliable, punctual with attendance and scheduling.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Interest in wellness, fashion, and spa products.
• Attention to detail and cash handling accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create an elevated shopping experience by warmly welcoming guests and members and providing personalized service.
• Engage customers with a dynamic, energetic service presence while building genuine connections.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand guest needs and guide product selections.
• Deliver solutions quickly and professionally, resolving concerns with sound judgment and minimal supervision.
• Accurately process retail transactions, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain visually appealing merchandise displays by stocking, organizing, and straightening shelves and fixtures.
• Support inventory control, restocking, and overall organization of the retail space.
• Assist with spa retail events, promotions, and pop-up activations.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and consistent with attendance and scheduling commitments
• Flexible availability to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for wellness, fashion, beauty, and spa-related products
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and cash-handling accuracy
