Job summary

The Global Ambassador in Phoenix seeks a luxury retail associate to create elevated guest experiences, warmly welcome guests, process transactions, stock displays, and support events and pop-ups at the hotel’s retail spaces.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking in a fast-paced setting, and comfort with POS systems. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends; prior luxury retail experience preferred; opportunities to engage in wellness and spa product lines.

Qualifications

• Luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and retail technology.
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to peak hours.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Interest in wellness, fashion, beauty, and spa products.
• Strong attention to detail and cash handling accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create an elevated shopping experience by warmly welcoming guests and providing personalized, attentive service.
• Engage customers with a dynamic service presence while building genuine connections.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand guest needs and guide product selections.
• Deliver solutions quickly and professionally, resolving concerns with sound judgment and minimal supervision.
• Process retail transactions, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain visually appealing merchandise displays by stocking, organizing, and straightening shelves and fixtures.
• Support inventory control, restocking, and overall organization of the retail space.
• Assist with spa retail events, promotions, and pop-up activations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury or premium retail environment preferred


• Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting


• Comfortable using point-of-sale systems, computers, and retail technology


• Reliable, punctual, and consistent with attendance and scheduling commitments


• Flexible availability to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
