Qualifications

• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, fitness or housekeeping is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a friendly professional demeanor.
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including morning, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist spa and fitness guests upon arrival and throughout their visit, ensuring a warm and professional interaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and standards throughout the fitness facility, locker rooms, restrooms and relaxation areas
• Greeting guests, providing facility tours and offering amenities like beverages, robes and towels.
• Restocking products, supplies and linens to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain professionalism and safe environment
