Responsibilities

• Assist the Team Leader Coach with planning strategies to attract donors, customers, and team members to support mission and operations.
• Hire, onboard, and train team members; coordinate daily customer service operations.
• Track progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory and supervise staff performance.
• Coach and support new and existing team members; handle customer and donor complaints as needed.
• Create reports and analyze retail data (revenues, expenses, donor value).

The ATL will be expected to step into the TLC (Team Leader Coach) role in the absence of the TLC.
