The role requires 3+ years retail experience, leadership ability, and strong communication. Starting wage is $27 per hour with increases to $28 in Year 2, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage a team.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret policies and manage budgets and expenses.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Supervise day-to-day store activities and ensure inventory procedures are followed.
• Lead hiring and onboarding for store personnel.
• Communicate goals and performance expectations to staff.
• Monitor store cleanliness, signage, and product presentation.
• Ensure cash control policies are followed and losses are minimized.
• Provide customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
