ALDI in Rome, NY is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store activities, schedule management, and development of operational plans while training the team. The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and adherence to company policies.

You will support interviewing store personnel and help maintain inventory and cash controls to minimize losses. The position offers full-time hours (average 38 per week) with starting wages at $27.00 per hour and a wage increase to $28.00

• Supervises day-to-day operations and escalates issues appropriately.
• Ensures reports complete responsibilities timely to provide high customer service.
