Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Twin Falls location. Responsibilities include assisting with daily store functions, organizing merchandise, and helping train and develop Store Associates.

The role requires ability to lift up to 55 lbs, strong communication, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize, and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and information requests related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional effectiveness of storefront fixtures and displays.
