Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, organize merchandise, and help protect assets while upholding company policies.

The role requires strong communication, a high-energy, team-focused approach, and the ability to supervise and train Store Associates. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within retail operations.

Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail or grocery preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain store fixtures and displays for promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll and cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
