Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment to lead by example, coach teams, and drive sales while delivering a superior customer experience.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, manage daily store operations, handle scheduling and policy compliance, and maintain an organized store that reflects Spectrum’s brand. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus; High School diploma required.
