UNTUCKit in Indianapolis is seeking a results-oriented store leader who thrives on a performance-driven environment and leads from the sales floor to convert traffic into revenue and elevate the customer experience.

You’ll coach and motivate a team, implement clienteling strategies, drive in-store sales, manage operations, and participate in training programs to ensure consistent, brand-aligned service across all shifts.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Prior retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong clienteling and customer-first mindset.
• High energy with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in achieving and exceeding selling goals.
• Proactively engage customers, assess needs, and deliver styling solutions.
• Build and maintain client relationships through clienteling and follow-up.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize each transaction.
• Leverage product knowledge to communicate value and drive conversions.
• Inspire and motivate associates to deliver high-performance selling behaviors.
• Create an energetic, results-focused sales culture.
• Coach team in real time to improve selling techniques and client engagement.
• Execute training and reinforce daily performance conversations.
• Open/close the store with accountability for results and standards.
• Maintain a visually compelling, sales-focused floor environment.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights from customer feedback and trends.
