• Prior retail leadership or keyholder experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales and influence team performance.
• Strong clienteling skills and a customer-first mindset.

• Proven work experience as Supervisor, Key holder or Assistant Manager.

• Ability to work in the store alone.
• Flexible with scheduling and retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and client engagement, lead by example in achieving store goals.
• Coach associates to improve selling techniques and client engagement.
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow-up.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize transactions.
• Communicate product value to drive conversions.
• Lead the sales floor with energy and performance-driven culture.
• Inspire teammates, reinforce daily performance conversations, and deliver training.
• Open/close the store and maintain stockroom organization for selling efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and translate customer feedback into insights.
