Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate to deliver top-tier customer experience while driving store performance in Missouri. You will support sales, KPIs, and profitability through smart planning, service, and teamwork.

You will assist the Store Manager with recruiting and training, manage payroll- and scheduling tasks, handle merchandise flow, and ensure inventory accuracy while maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment. Weekend/evening shifts required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a focused, customer service retail environment (apparel/footwear preferred).
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and present information to groups.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Quick learner able to adapt to store processes and systems.
• Computer skills including MS Office and retail software knowledge.
• Physical ability to stand/walk, lift/carry up to 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability through effective planning and service.
• Assist Store Manager with recruitment, training and development of staff.
• Control payroll and schedule to maintain profitability and service levels.
• Manage merchandising opportunities and communicate with store leadership.
• Aim for inventory accuracy and shrink reduction; oversee counts.
• Handle incoming/outgoing stock and ensure proper processing.
• Comply with policies, procedures, and safety standards; maintain a healthy environment.
• Work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
