Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate in Michigan to deliver consistently high standards of customer experience in line with Brand Values and service standards.

You will help the store meet sales, KPI and profitability goals through planning, and by managing payroll to keep the location productive. You will handle merchandise, communicate opportunities to the Store/Assistant Manager, comply with policies, maintain a safe environment, and work non-traditional hours, including

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and have basic computer skills including MS Office and retail software.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience.
• Help store achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability goals through planning, expense control, and service.
• Manage payroll to maintain profitability while delivering high service levels.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store/Assistant Store Manager.
• Handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Comply with Policies & Procedures and operational core competencies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
