Job summary

Gap is seeking a customer-focused Retail Associate to support store leadership and execute tasks to drive a best-in-class shopping experience. You will educate customers on loyalty programs, model selling behaviors, and collaborate with the team to ensure timely, accurate work and exceptional service.

You should be comfortable with technology, able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and capable of lifting up to 30 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Assist with opening/closing checklists and after-hours work as needed.
• Leverage omni-channel tools to ensure a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure compliance standards are met.
