Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Kansas seeks a dedicated Key Holder to oversee daily retail operations in Wichita. You will open and close the store, supervise sales staff, manage cash handling, and ensure excellent customer service while supporting the organization's mission.

Responsibilities include inventory control, merchandising, reporting, and adherence to safety policies. Strong bookkeeping knowledge and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school education or the equivalent required.
• Full knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting to maintain sales records and reports.
• Valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Goodwill Retail store and manage daily operations.
• Supervise sales force and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and prepare store deposits.
• Oversee inventory, stock rotation, and displays.
• Ensure store compliance with safety and security standards.
