Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Kansas is seeking a Key Holder to open and close the store, oversee daily retail operations, and support the organization’s mission of transforming lives through education and employment. You will supervise staff, manage cash handling, and ensure store standards and customer service excellence.

The role reports to the District Store and Assistant Store Manager and requires a high school diploma, bookkeeping knowledge, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have full knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting to maintain sales records and reports incidental to store operations.
• Must be a person with excellent character references and a well-developed sense of responsibility.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store.
• Manage and operate a Goodwill Retail store while fulfilling Goodwill's mission statement.
• Supervise workers in various personnel groups engaged in operating a retail store.
• Make daily deposits and maintain store reports.
