Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Store Supervisor, FT in San Marcos, TX to lead daily operations and coach the team. You will back up the Assistant Store Manager, uphold merchandising standards, and help create a high-performance culture.

You will analyze daily sales trends, drive KPI targets, manage loss prevention, and ensure top-notch customer service while collaborating with store leadership and HR during onboarding and training. This is an hourly full-time role.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with technology such as hand-held and mobile devices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stand, lift, and move up to 25 lbs.

• Analyze daily sales trends to inform real-time decisions.
• Direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation.
• Understand and monitor loss prevention standards and store audits.
• Lead ownership of areas like Talent, Visuals, Operations to gain cross-functional experience.
