Open/close duties, cash handling, inventory control, and safety compliance are core parts of the role. The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of retail supervisory experience and a high school diploma or GED, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of retail supervisior/management experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to take initiative, assume responsibility, and follow through thoroughly.
• Comfortable working with computer systems, gathering information, and maintaining accurate records.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record to be filed under the company's insurance standards for outgoing store deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Open and/or close the store as scheduled and serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of management.
• Direct the store team and help coordinate day-to-day store operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee company deliveries, cash register transactions, daily cash reconciliation, and inventory-control activities as needed.
• Resolve or report issues involving customers, employees, or store products.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures and serve as a role model for safe work practices.
