Qualifications

• At least 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to supervise day-to-day store activities and teams.
• Strong communication and leadership to develop staff.
• Understanding of inventory, cash handling, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Assists with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establishes job responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
• Identifies training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Models ALDI core values and promotes teamwork among employees.
• Monitors competitive environment and suggests adjustments to maintain position.
• Oversees product feedback, merchandising, and stock levels.
• Participates in interviewing store personnel and payroll planning.
• Ensures inventory procedures, signage accuracy, and loss prevention.
• Ensures customer concerns are resolved and store safety is maintained.
