You will also perform stocking and cashiering duties, contribute to loss prevention, and help maintain planograms and inventory accuracy while delivering good value and service to customers.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash register and scanner.
• Open/close the store as required and manage store duties.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training and safety meetings.
• Maintain merchandise on shelves, displays and planograms.
• Assist in inventory control,Damages, markdowns and paperwork.
• Ensure cashier accountability, deposits and cash controls.
• Assist with management of the store in the Store Manager's absence.
